NONWOVEN AND AIR-LAID SLITTING REWINDER
WF-IV Non-Wovens / Air-laid Slitting Rewinder : To meet the high quality requirement of slitting and rewinding products from our client, this machine is built by applying many advanced technology. Equipped with automatic tension checking system, roller-changed connecting system, servo unwinding system etc., The machine will have better performance.
Main Features:
1. Adopted with synchro-belt for the driving instead of chain.
2. Slitting unit: The upper and lower slitter holders are used the open-ring type. The upper blade holders are connected with the blades througt an arm, the upper blade shaft can move axially and rotate. After the press down of the upper blades, the blade will move sideward for engagement. The lower blade holders and the blades are fixed. The blade holder and the blade shaft direction are adjustable.
3. Paper roll winding by air-shaft, the speed of rewinding roller adjusted by stepless gear-box (tiny adjustment).
4. *Automatic tension controlling system.
5. *Horizontal style pneumatic paper unwind stand with four belts, web-edge controlling device (lengthways auto-matic web-edge controller), raw paper roll can be adjusted lengthways (by manual), with the paper roll end detection for machine de-acceleration function and automatic stop at paper used up.
6. *Roller-changed connecting system.
7. *Servo unwinding system.
